Testimony I have grown up in a Christian background all my life and I am grateful to the Lord that He prepared my way from the beginning. However, it was more just like a formal attending of church and singing without meaning, back in the day, but it was my the time that I started my high school at Eaglesvale in Zimbabwe,2006, that I tasted that the Lord is good.Still,though, I had a propensity to live without meaning and tried to win my way to Christ by myself, really struggling and wondering why God wasn't hearing me. But, I now thank Him for he has revealed to me that His Kingdom is found within us.Previosly, I'd expect a light to come shining before me each time I worshipped.The devil has tried to arouse doubt, but I stand with boldness because through Jesus, my labour is not in vain(1 Corinthians 15:58). The Lord opened my eyes to John 14 and assured me in verse 2 that I am now of His Kingdom beyond all doubt as He says "...I am going to prepare a place for you. If this were not so, I would tell you plainly." It is those who are willing to believe and seek His Kingdom sincerely that find Him truly. I have learnt that when worshipping God, all the evidence of His presence is in our hearts and not through a shining light before us or hearing a loud voice speaking to us physically.
Personal Statement of Faith I believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God who sacrificed his life for our sins. He also has enabled us to have a personal relationship with God. I also believe that through His word, the Bible, God speaks through us. God has a Kingdom prepared for His chosen, an imperishable kingdom.
How I tell others about Christ I am a committee member for the youth in our church and particpate in as many activities as I can held by the youth to glorify the Lord.I pray that our actions may influence those who see us, positively and make them desire to know God personally.

  1. What is Youth of the month? Youth of the month recognizes a Christian youth each month. The point is to share the story of youth with other youth to encourage involvement in their community and also to see the lives of other youth around the world. This is a chance for youth to tell their story to others and be heard!
  2. What is Youth of the Year? Youth of the Year is chosen in the month of November each year by peers. The person chosen as youth of the year will have their information reappear on the newsletter and website. This person will also receive a certificate and a gift from Anointed Youth.
  3. How can I become Youth of the month? To become AY's Youth of the month please fill out the form located here . You must be at least 13 but no older than 20. Coming soon will be a special area for those 21 and older.

  5. Why can't everyone be youth of the month? Aren't you being mean by only picking one person? We can only choose one youth of the month per month. This does not mean that you are not special because you are! We base the youth of the month on the testimonies submitted and how people are helping in their community.
